Studios include a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, flatware, utensils and cookware. Room has 32″ color tv, queen size bed and sofa bed. Patio door provides a beautiful view of the Indian River. Covered patio provides a great place to sit and enjoy the peace and quite of this unique location.

TOWNHOUSES

Townhouses include the same as efficiencies, except they have a king bed in the master bedrooms, queen bed in second bedroom, 1-1/2 baths, and a washer & dryer. A balcony provides a place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Indian River.

Capt’n Butcher’s is located directly across the river from the Sebastian Inlet, home to some of the best fishing in Florida!
